Cumorah Tours owners Shanan and Rebecca “Becky” Kelly have been married for almost 20 years. They have seven children, the oldest is currently serving a mission in West Virginia. Shanan grew up in the desert in Bunkerville, Nevada, and Becky comes from Provo, Utah. They met in their singles ward in Las Vegas and got married in the Provo, UT temple. Becky has been able to be a stay-at-home mom and Shanan retired in 2018 from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

They started Cumorah Tours because they love spending time with the youth and helping to provide opportunities for the youth to gain and grow testimonies of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Shanan’s extended family has been involved in youth church history tours for over 25 years. The Kellys feel that providing these opportunities for rich personal experiences is a great kick start before young adults start their journey in the world. They have seen incredible changes and growth in the youth. When prepared, the youth feel the holy spirit and have meaningful—sometimes life-changing—experiences. Since the Kellys have been involved in this trip, they've considered it their favorite week of the year! Their desire is to provide a space for others to learn the history and feel the peace that Church history sites bring in abundance. They hope that you will join them as all are enlightened together.
