I am from Cache Valley, Utah. I have seven fantastic children and an amazing husband who I can honestly say is my best friend. A few years ago, I started the most amazing journey of my life. After many failed attempts to improve myself and my relationships, find my own inner peace and happiness, I finally got to the point where I was willing to “lay all things on the altar”. I was ready to surrender everything I thought I knew and that is when the learning started to come and things started to shift. I discovered that no one outside of me had to change. I had things to learn about myself and how patterns I was playing contributed to common relationship patterns and dynamics. My whole world has shifted for the better and my relationships have improved immensely. I have more internal peace and genuine joy than I ever have and I have confidence and skills to navigate future situations. I love fiber arts, learning and primitive skills gatherings. I also teach piano and own a machine quilting business.
