Beakers & Bricks, LLC produces experiment-based print and self-paced online food science and physics courses starting at age 6 all the way through high school. Courses for junior high/high school include: * a full year of food science (print and/or online) * a 3-semester food science deep dive for those interested in the culinary arts, food science as a career, or who want to open a restaurant (online with some print) * a semester long physics (Newtonian physics) that uses LEGO Technic bricks for experiments Courses for Elementary School: * a 15 tasty food science experiment with the science presented in simple terms (print and/or online) We even have an offering for the whole family (about 10+ but marketed to adults outside of homeschool conferences) called Edible Knowledge for the Curious Cook. These online only courses are designed to take the mystery out of mystery ingredients and teach food science principles to help you become a better cook.
