Salt Lake City Graduation Participant Fee
Register your Graduate to participate in the LDSHE Graduation Celebration in Salt Lake City, on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. You must register by May 1st, 2024 in order to participate. If you have any questions, please contact Denece Allen at [email protected].
Graduation includes:
- Cap and gown rental
- Tassel for you to keep
- A diploma cover (you supply the diploma!)
- Keepsake booklet of graduating class
- Group photo shoot with other graduates
- Reception following the ceremony
- Table space for graduate displays at the reception
PLEASE fill out this form entirely to help us with the planning of graduation.
Please note that this form needs to be filled out and submitted when you register and pay. If you are not ready to fill it out in its entirety now, you can purchase graduation separately from your conference admission, though we don’t recommend that. Once submitted, changes can be made only by contacting us directly.
Once graduation registration is complete, an email will be sent with a link to a graduation form. This form will have additional details that are required for graduation planning. Please note the following information will be requested:
From the parents:
- A message from the parents to be read by our speaker while you award your child their diploma on stage. (175 word limit)
- 5 Photos:
- 1 photo– of the graduate for the keepsake booklet– usually a nice closeup senior picture
- 4 photos– of the graduate for the slideshow– baby, elementary, middle school, high school
From the Graduate:
- A Favorite quote/scripture
- Hobbies and interests
- Plans for the future (this will also be read at graduation)
- Message to their family
