We’re all aware of the great failures in history–Abraham Lincoln, Joan of Arc, Darth Vader–but is a failure really a failure if he gets his own six-movie arc? What about the real failures–like us? We can’t even get the kids to read Little Women, let alone take out the trash. What hope is there of a “well done, thou good and faithful servant” when we haven’t seen our ministering families in church since the Benson Administration? Well, good news. Our failures are a feature, not a bug. And remember, we voted for this. We knew something then that we’ve forgotten. Let’s remember it together.
