This session seeks to provide practical suggestions and resources for making good use of tests in education, with particular attention to students with disabilities. Depending on your state and district, certain tests may be required. Others tests may be helpful in guiding instruction or even providing meaningful learning experiences. Among the topics to be addressed are: promising technologies in educational testing for students with disabilities, ways that the home environment can facilitate successful testing experiences, and preparing for college admissions tests and/or other post-secondary experiences.
