In today’s world, where polarization is becoming increasingly common, it’s essential to learn how to communicate effectively, even in our own families. Would you like to explore communicating on a new level? We will discuss ways that you can distinguish between a good and bad argument, tools to make you a better communicator, and strategies for getting to the point. This will be a workshop environment where some of the audience members will be invited to participate (on a voluntary basis, of course). Bring your mom or dad and something that you’re struggling to agree on and we’ll see if we can break the endless cycle that these issues can result in. You’ll get practical takeaways that you can capply in your everyday life, whether it’s in your family, work, or community.
