Mentors are vital to a great leadership education and yet they seem so hard to find today. It might be that we aren’t looking hard enough…or we aren’t famous enough…or it might be that we aren’t ready enough. To paraphrase a Buddhist maxim: “when the student is ready the mentor appears.” So what are you doing to be ready, how are you preparing to be mentored by a great mentor?
