Leadership education happens when parents lead as mentors. What are the things every parent-mentor needs to know and be ready to do in order to lead their children’s education? What if they just don’t seem to listen or care? What if they are like a runaway horse and you feel like you are just hanging on for the ride? We will discuss the principles and processes of leading our families through creating an overarching strategy and using the tools of match, latch and lead. These same principles can be used to create a leadership marriage, the cornerstone of a leadership home.
