Liz Wiseman’s book, Multipliers, describes two types of leaders: multipliers and diminishers. Diminishing leaders inadvertently diminish the intelligence of their teams. Multipliers, however, are able to get almost double the production and intelligence from those they lead. The application to how we lead our families is transformational.
