At Williamsburg Learning, we’ve led thousands of youth into the outdoors for leadership training. In one activity we help students identify the masks they wear to hide their deepest insecurities, and we help them reconnect with who they really are. This experience has profoundly influenced how I perceive homeschooled youth and has empowered me and my team to deeply nurture these students where they need it most. In this presentation, I’ll share the top five most common insecurities students share and help you find ways to build stronger relationships of trust with your youth.
