In this class, we will explore together principles that homeschooling parents can apply that will invite the Lord’s grace into their homeschooling efforts. We will also consider the symbolism and learning pattern found in the parable of the sower and Alma’s discourse on faith. Not only can we apply these principles to the development of faith, but they can be applied to learning of all topics, skills, and character attributes. They are especially helpful as children and youth work to accomplish goals in the new “Strive to Be” program. As parents learn to trust in the Lord’s grace while sowing the seeds of diligent learning, their confidence and joy within their family will increase.
