But I have found that understanding a little about your beautiful brain and how it works can help! In this class, we’ll explore the science of habits and excellence and how to apply this knowledge in your own pursuit of becoming. By the end, you’ll know enough about your amygdala and hippocampus, as well as your neurons and myelin, to implement tools and strategies to work with your brain – not against it – to reach your goals and rise to the genius within!
