  • Conference Dates: Wed-Friday, October 23-25, 2024
  • Early Bird Registration Fee: $50 (spouses are free and encouraged to come!)
  • Early registration deadline: Sept. 9 
    Price goes up to $60/person after Sept. 9
  • Registration Deadline: Guaranteed Youth T-Shirt Sept. 15
  • 11 year-olds turning 12 in 2024 are welcome to register and join youth classes.
  • All youth must have a parent who is registered for the LDSHE Fall Family Retreat and is present at the retreat.
  • Families are welcome and encouraged to bring younger children. Children are welcome to accompany their parents to adult classes as desired, but we do ask that disruptive children please be escorted from the room. Families are responsible for ensuring that children are supervised by a designated adult at all times. During certain times, we will have a play area and group activities led by volunteers for younger children. However, parents must stay in the room where activities are held and may socialize or counsel with available presenters while keeping an eye out for their children.
  • To keep costs low, adults will not receive a t-shirt with the price of admission.  Youth t-shirts are included in the price of admission.
  • Full refunds will be granted prior to Sept. 15. After Sept. 15 when we purchase supplies, a 50% refund will be issued.

Youth Conference

In addition to inspiring, encouraging and empowering classes, youth will participate in team building activities, games, hikes, and more. Have any class or speaker suggestions? Let us know!

Adult Conference

Parents can choose among enrichment classes, socializing during children’s activities, and Mentor Chats with Presenters. If you have a skill you would like to learn or teach, let us know!

Meet up with your assigned family group at one of the cabins and spend time getting to know some new friends and indulge on s'mores.

Take It Home! Closing Activity

Youth and Adults meet separately to share what they have discovered, felt, learned, loved about the retreat and what they will take home with them. Youth and adults will come back together, sing a couple of songs, pray, and say goodbye heading home or heading to afternoon activities.
