Bill Ward is passionate about leadership. He grew up in rural Idaho without a lot of examples of good leadership in action around him, but he made it his life’s mission to study and practice leadership principles he learned from his virtual mentors. He has over 20 years of leadership experience spanning multiple industries as well as in his church service. He enjoys sharing what he’s learned by coaching, mentoring, and teaching individuals to overcome career mistakes and develop their strengths.
Bill has been teaching for over 30 years in all types of settings. He is as comfortable in front of hundreds of people as he is in an intimate group setting. He has provided technical instruction to corporate executives and has taught seminary and both youth and adult Sunday school classes for years. He has created and presented workshops to hundreds of team members on many topics and has been a member of Toastmasters International for the last 5 years. He lives in Manassas, Virginia, with his wife Lauril and some of their 5 children.
