Lessons of a Rockstar: Enjoying Life’s Ups and Downs on a Mountain Bike

Presented by: Barry Croker

In 2018, Barry Croker won the inaugural Rockstar Virginia race: a 270-mile mountain bike bikepacking race across the Blue Ridge mountains of western Virginia. In this class, Barry will share how mountain bike racing is a lot like life: sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s hard, and sometimes it’s really, really hard. But it’s always worth it in the end.

This presentation had some technical difficulties–download will be discounted.
