The Surprising Practicality of Dreaming

For years I worked as a Dream Manager at a major software startup, my job was to help our employees identify, articulate and accomplish their personal dreams. From riding elephants in Thailand, to riding bikes through northern Europe, to launching new small businesses or starting a non-profit, I have helped reawaken dormant dreams and watched them become reality. In every case, the dreamer grew more confident, creative, engaged, and productive. They changed in ways that traditional development programs could never touch. They were fundamentally different because they were able to tap into a powerful internal motivation that lay dormant. As a father of five and a former high school teacher, I have seen these same principles transform my students and even my teenagers. In this session, we will discover how you can leverage the power of dreaming to inspire both yourself and your families.
