Marketplace Packages & Advertising

May 30 - June 1, 2018 - Utah State University, Logan, Utah

The LDSHE Marketplace will be held in the Eccles Conference Center, the same building in which all of the adult classes will be held. The vendors in our Marketplace will receive maximum exposure during our conference in a number of ways:

  • Logos and Vendor information on our web site, with a direct link to your site

  • Advertisements in the Conference Guidebook that each attendee receives

  • Logos projected on a slide show before our Opening Keynote

  • Extra long (90 minute) lunch and dinner “shopping breaks” during the conference  

  • The attendees will also be encouraged to visit each vendor to complete their “Marketplace Passport” (valid for entering a drawing after being stamped by every vendor).

SILVER PACKAGE $160

  • One 6-foot table with skirting and up to two chairs

  • Logo on Silver Level of Marketplace page of LDSHE website, with a link to your business description and your website

  • 1⁄6 page advertisement in the Conference Guidebook

  • Opportunity to insert product info or promo item in each attendee Registration Packet

  • On-site conference liaison support

GOLD PACKAGE $275

  • Two 6-foot table with skirting and up to two chairs

  • Logo on Gold Level of Marketplace page of LDSHE website, with a link to your business description and your website

  • 1⁄4 page advertisement in the Conference Guidebook

  • Opportunity to insert product info or promo item in each attendee Registration Packet

  • On-site conference liaison support

  • Opportunity to put an article in our monthly newsletter

PLATINUM PACKAGE $400 (Limited amount)

  • Three 6-foot tables with skirting and up to four chairs in a premium location in the Conference Center

  • 60-minute Vendor Workshop

  • Your logo will be on the top level of the Marketplace page of the LDSHE website, with a link to your business description and your website

  • 1⁄2 page advertisement in the Conference Guidebook

  • Opportunity to insert product info or promo items in each attendee Registration Packet

  • On-site conference liaison support

  • Opportunity to put an article in our monthly newsletter

Marketplace Hours (open for conference attendees)

Thursday, May 31 & Friday, June 1 -- 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

You may be at your exhibit anytime before or after these hours, but we ask that you are at your exhibit during these hours, for maximum exposure to the conference attendees.

Vendor Exhibit Set-up and Removal

Wednesday, May 30 -- 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Thursday, May 31 -- 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

You may set up either of these times.  Please check in with the Marketplace representative upon arrival to be shown to your table and have pertinent information conveyed to you.  

Removal

Friday, June 1 -- 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Vendor Application Process

Vendors who wish to be part of our Marketplace may submit an application form online by clicking on the “Become a Vendor” link.

This will notify us of your interest.  Your application will be considered and if you are selected you will be forwarded further details.  Priority approval will be given to educational vendors until February 2018.  At that time the Marketplace will be open to all vendors based on availability.  

Once your application is accepted, you will receive an email instructing you to proceed to payment. Once your payment is received you will be considered a registered vendor.  

Vendors who are attending our conference will receive information about the advertising that comes with your package.  It is your responsibility to send your Vendor Team Contact that information before the deadlines listed on your check off sheet.
